Rackol was incorporated in 1993 in Port Harcourt (Nigeria's premier Oil and Gas City), as an Engineering Company providing services for the oil and gas industry, government and private sector organizations. Its strong years of operational experience has rewarded the company with diversity in engineering designs, fabrication works, building constructions, electrifications, road construction, maintenances, water projects, material procurements, logistics, Project Management and other engineering services.
